4.1.1. Discovery

CalWS implementers (service providers) MUST provide a WSDL WSDL11 to describe their implementations. This WSDL MAY or may not be made public via a standard discovery mechanism (such as UDDI) or other method.

In addition, it is REQUIRED that the CalWS implementation include the Properties operation to provide dynamic information regarding CalWS capabilities, options, etc. that are supported.
